It was recently reported that the Bedford Playhouse is raising funds in order to re-open their doors.  We received this promotion seeking additional funding:

“The Friends of Bedford Playhouse are raising funds to renovate The Bedford Playhouse (built in 1947) and turn it into a state-of-the-art, non-profit cinema. After a massive effort, the playhouse WILL re-open, but funds are still necessary to complete the project. They envision a showcase, large screen theater; a smaller, more intimate second-screen theater; and a lobby café serving high-end coffee, wine, beer and snacks.  They hope that consistently high-quality film and concession offerings will attract viewers and visitors from our community and beyond, as well as contribute to the vitality of our village. Pledge here!
