Mr. Betensky has practiced law in the New York metropolitan area for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience representing individuals, small businesses, municipalities, Fortune 500 companies and public utilities on a wide variety of legal matters. Mr. Betensky is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey and he is a member of the New York Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, and Bedford Village Business Association. He is also a licensed real estate instructor.
Mr. Betensky has appeared before countless municipal boards, closed multi-million-dollar real estate transactions and litigated cases up to the highest courts of New York, all on behalf of diverse clients.
Mr. Betensky earned his bachelor of arts cum laude from Tufts University and his juris doctor from Northeastern University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Betensky interned with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, Anne E. Thompson, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, the New York Lawyers for the Public Interest and a prestigious private law firm in the greater Boston area.
Mr. Betensky resides in Westchester County with his wife and two children. He enjoys racket sports, hiking and world travel.
Since 2012, David M. Hall, Esq. has been counseling clients on complex real estate issues. Mr. Hall has worked with clients in the telecommunications, commercial lending, real estate development and related industries.
He received both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from Syracuse University.
Ms. Reardon has been practicing real estate law for over 25 years. Ms. Reardon is admitted to the Bar in the States of New York, Connecticut and the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. Reardon has completed several thousand residential closings including single-family dwellings, condominiums and cooperative apartments. Single-family transactions have included large subdivisions of newly constructed homes for major regional and national developers throughout Westchester, Putnam, Duchess, and Rockland Counties. Cooperative apartments and condominium transactions have been comprised of closings in Westchester County as well as new luxury condominiums in New York City for major developer/Sponsor sales.
Ms. Reardon also has experience handling commercial leasing and transactions of multi-family apartment buildings, stores, restaurants/bars and strip malls, as well as land use and zoning matters.
